All personal information with respect to the "COVID-19 Returning to Campus: Attestations" survey is collected for the purpose of implementing the TTCC's COVID-19 Returning to Campus guidelines to ensure health, safety, and security on campus. Information is gathered for purpose of complying with provincial recommendations related to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ministry of Health Guidance. Personal information is collected in compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
Such information will be securely stored and will only be accessible to and used by TTCC. None of your information will be shared, rented, sold, or otherwise released to any third party.
